01 Competition day check in

 (Please abide by the rules of the conference to create a fair and harmonious descending order and atmosphere)

•  Each team must check in and confirm the attendance list.

 

• Please arrive at the designated competition venue to check in with "Registration Time" on the schedule.​

 

• Latecomers may be disqualified and will not be rematched.
   

 

02 Seating and Admission Arrangement

Ticket Sales will commence on July, via "ODN" website (www.onedancenation.com). , while stocks last. (Exact selling date will be announce on official website and social media platform)
 

03 Final Music

• If the competition is affected due to negligence, the contestant must have self-responsibility.

​

• The deadlines for submitting music (MP3 / WAV) are as follows:．Final competition ends at 23:59 on 6/7/24. Subsequently, it will be deemed as late submission -- an administrative fee of HK$100 per change of music.

​

• All music must be in (MP3 / WAV) format, and uploaded to https://www.onedancenation.com/musicupload．

​

• Music cannot be changed after 23:59 on 12/7/24.

​

04 COSTUMES  & PROPS

• Contestants are not recommended to wear over exposed

​

• Contestants are prohibited from costumes or props that may injure other contestants, or the facilities of the venue. A Craze Group Ltd. reserves the right to pursue

​

• All of the props must go through a screening process. A Craze Group Ltd. Team must approve all performance props prior to the event date. To get approval, email photos & information of your props to info@onedancenation.com 

​

• All props must be fire retardant. Any prop that hasn’t been approved prior to the event will not be allowed on stage

​

• The Organizer, A Craze Group Ltd. will reserve the right to investigate if the floor of the venue is damaged for any reason by the contestants

​

05 Rehearsal Arrangement

• Each pair of contestants can have 1 minute of rehearsal time. The rehearsal time is scheduled to start at 3:00 pm on the day of the final. Each team can send at least one member as a representative or the whole team to attend. At the same time, each team will distribute a crew pass for the 6-hour check-in and entry.

• ​After all the participating teams have finished the rehearsal, they need to leave the venue completely before 5 o'clock, and return to the venue with the crew pass to report at 5:30pm!

 

During cue rehearsal, the 1-minute period includes the following:

• Only play music for 1 minute

• Stage Time Rehearsal - 1 minute

• Only basic lighting during rehearsal

• After 1 minute, you need to leave the stage position immediately

• Only 1 chance per team (regardless of number of players)

• After 1 minute, the volume can be increased or decreased to the conference

• The final volume will be subject to the final consensus during the rehearsal

• * Each team should arrive at the Southorn Indoor Stadium at 3 o'clock to attend the rehearsal time (the number of each team is not limited)*

​

• During the finals, there will be lighting effects, but there are no individual requirements for lighting effects, and the organizer will arrange responsible personnel to handle them

​

06 During the competition

(Principles of Fairness, Statement of Personal Responsibility and Disqualification)

 

• All contestants must be waiting in a backstage area after entering the venue.

 

• Final competition (Finalists - The competition is open to the public)
  ．Two helpers (including dance teacher or parent) are allowed for the Kids Team. One helper is allowed for Junior Team and Open Team. All contestants must be waiting in a backstage area.

• All teams will be deemed to have given up if they are late or absent on the day of competition , and will not be rematched and the fee will not be refunded.​
   

• All contestants and helpers must have “ODN PASS” when entering and leaving the venue and back stage, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter.
   

• During the finals, photo taking, or video recording are allowed during the competition (the use of flash is strictly prohibited).

​

• Any personal reasons that affect the competition, such as lack of registration documents, music files, or late arrivals, etc., must be borne by the contestants themselves.

 

• No storage for any personal belongings inside the changing room & backstage. Please remove all belongings or props after your performance. The committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage. With the limited space, we recommend all contestants have their costume on and make up before the competition starts.

 

• Anyone who participates on behalf of another or pretends to be an identity will be disqualified and will be notified to all contestants units once discovered.

 

• Do not interfere with the judges during the competition. Violators will be asked to leave immediately and will be disqualified.

• If any team fails to meet the minimum number of each group due to its performance that does not meet the requirements in the final; or if there are insufficient teams in that category for any reason, the teams who meet the standards will be raised up to the next category.

 

07 Result announcement and award arrangement

• Instant scores for each competition section.

 

• The Judges of the final competition may give comments or shares. Will be arranged by the organizer.
   

• Prizes will be awarded immediately in the finals and released on the official website.

 

08 Absolute respect for The Judges ruling and No grade appeal mechanism

• No result appeal mechanism, Prizes will be awarded immediately in the finals. The results will be published on the official website as the final record.

 

• The Judges are fair, impartial and unbiased. The contestant must respect the result without any judgment. 

 

• If you have any comments, please email to info@OneDanceNation.com
  Please provide complete information such as team name. The organizer will conduct further review and reply within 30-45 days, otherwise it will be rejected.

 

 

This instruction is written in both English and Chinese. If there is any conflict in meaning, the English version shall prevail.
A Craze Group Ltd. reserves the right of final decision on all arrangements.
