TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read and review 【 ONE DANCE NATION Competition】ALL listed rules carefully. After registration that means you have agreed to be bound by the below terms and conditions and will abide by the following arrangements by The Organizer, A Craze Group Ltd. (The Committee) Failure to comply with the competition rules below will be disqualified from the competition and reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

ELIGIBILITY

OPEN TEAMS

Acts   2-30 Dancers 

Ages   6 or above are welcome to participate

JUNIOR TEAMS

Acts   2-30 Dancers 

Ages   12-17

KID TEAMS

Acts   2-30 Dancers 

Ages   6-11

Based on the date of birth, as of January 1, 2024

REGISTRATION

Registration Must Include the following:

Preliminary Competition:
- Studio / Choreographer Name
- Routine / Group Name​

Final Competition:
- About 100 words in Chinese or about 500 words in English

Registration Process

Visit ODN's official website, and registration will be accepted online only

Contestants who successfully register will receive a confirmation email

All teams must fill in all the information that is correct and true

All contestants aged 18 or above must sign the [Disclaimer & Participant Agreement]

If the contestant is under the age of 18 on or before June 9th, 2024, their parent or guardian must sign the [Parental or Guardian Declaration of Consent]

Each category has a limited number of contestants. Teams will be determined when The Organizer receives the proof of registration. First come, first served.

Contestants can participate in more than one item, registration fees are calculated per item, which must be specified when registering

Fill in the registration form and submit the registration fee and complete the payment on or before May 31st, 2024, 23:59.

*After receiving the confirmation email, please verify the correct information.

Teams must be selected through a preliminary competition on June 10th, 2024. Outstanding teams will be chosen to enter the final round by The Judges

Finalists will be announced at the end of June.

Final competition will be held in Southern Stadium On July 20th, 2024.

A Craze Group Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify the contestant that who fails to pay the registration fee and required documents before the deadline

If contestants withdraw after registration, registration fee will not be transferred or refunded

COSTUMES  & PROPS

  • Contestants are not recommended to wear over exposed

  • Contestants are prohibited from costumes or props that may injure other contestants, or the facilities of the venue. A Craze Group Ltd. reserves the right to pursue

  • All of the props must go through a screening process. A Craze Group Ltd. Team must approve all performance props prior to the event date. To get approval, email photos & information of your props to info@onedancenation.com 

  • All props must be fire retardant. Any prop that hasn’t been approved prior to the event will not be allowed on stage

  • The Organizer, A Craze Group Ltd. will reserve the right to investigate if the floor of the venue is damaged for any reason by the contestants

MUSIC

  • 【ONE DANCE NATION Competition - Hong Kong Dance Competition】 teams must upload their music before the deadline for submitting performance music

Administrative Fee

  • Change Data
    Participants must confirm that the registration information is correct. If the information needs to be changed, the administrative fee for the first change can be waived, and the administrative fee of HKD 100 will be charged each time for the second change.

  • Administrative fee of HK$100 for each overdue change of music

Contestants

  • Team contestants on the day of the preliminary round/final match must be at least 80% of the contestants from the same team on the day of the preliminary round/final round

  • The names of all contestants must be listed on the registration form, and no substitutions or add contestants are not allowed from the start of the preliminary round to the final.
